Phatchance and Copitc Soldier - Nobody Give Raph a Guest Spot

 

 

So both Phatchance and I are about to hit the stage with some of the other Nurcha boys to support Bliss N Eso on their flying colours tour! (More info on the tour click here, but make sure you hit the myspace to check what specific shows we are supporting).

Anyways, we have put together an exclusive compilation of tracks from Phatchance "Ink Stains EP" (which will be out soon), My "The Past Three Years Sampler" (which will also be out soon) and "The False Start Mixtape" (which is a free download at www.copticsoldier.com/mixtape.html).

There are only a very limited press of this release and we are only selling them on the tour, this means they WILL NOT be sold online or in stores. However, if anyone on the backstage crew wants a hard copy (and a piece of history :P) that cant make it out to a show I can post one out to you. (like fo' realz).

If your interested make sure you email me at copticsoldier@hiphopsphere.com and ill get one out to you as soon as they get back from press. Like I said, this is a very limited run and you wont see this advertised or sold anywhere else.

P.S. Make sure you guys get Phatchance's release when its out, you have not heard music till you have heard what he has done with this EP! Chance is easily my favourite MC in the country, check his myspace at www.officialphatchance.com, he'll be re-vamping it and putting tracks up soon!

The Past Three Years - street sampler out in October

 

So the time has come to put my second release out on the streets and this time it will be in the form a sampler with all original beats from some very talented producers! Features will see some amazing verses from my good friends Mind Over Matter, Phatchance, Doc Frued and Obese Records very own Torcha (from Hyjak N Torcha). The production credits and singer feature will be announced when I put up the final track listing but be assured its all very new and very different to the mixtape!

For the people that loved the mixtape I hope you will warm to the new direction I have taken with the sampler, its not a whole new direction I am taking musically, just thought that on my second (and final) street release for quite some time I should attack it differently and change things up! Very keen to hear what everyone will think and I'll post up a track as soon as Phatchance finishes the first mix/master!
